Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Timeless Touch Rentals, the customer agrees to abide by the following Terms and Conditions for all linen and party supply rentals.
Due to the nature of linen colors and dye lots, Timeless Touch Rentals is not responsible for minor color variations.
All rentals are subject to availability. Upon confirmation of your rental order, you agree to pay the full rental fees for the equipment selected.
Rental Period
The standard rental period begins on the agreed pickup date and ending on the agreed return date. Extended rental periods may be subject to additional charges per day.
Payment Terms
All orders will need to be placed and paid for in advance.
Payment in full is due 7 days prior to customer pickup unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payments shall be made via Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Afterpay, Klarna, Apple Pay (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). No cash or personal checks accepted.
An incidental deposit is required, and the amount is based on the value of the rental and must be in the form of debit/credit card.
Cancellations and Refunds
No cancellations are allowed without forfeiting the deposit and all other payments made.
Cancellations within 48hrs of the pickup date will forfeit the full cost of the rental.
No refunds will be issued for unused or returned rentals.
Customer Pickup
Customers must present valid state identification when picking up rentals.
Responsibility for Equipment
You are responsible for the care and use of all rental items during the rental period.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were picked up.
If items are damaged, lost, or stained beyond cleaning, you will be charged for the repair or replacement cost.
A cleaning fee may apply if items are returned excessively dirty.
Damage and Loss
The customer will be charged for the full replacement cost of any damaged, lost, or stolen items.
In the event of damage, we will assess the condition of the item and determine the repair or replacement cost at our discretion.
You are responsible for securing the rental items during the event to prevent theft or loss.
Alterations and Special Requests
Any alterations to the agreed order must be made 7 days prior to the event.
Special requests or custom orders may be subject to additional charges.
Indemnity and Liability
Timeless Touch Rentals is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by the use of our rental products.
You agree to indemnify and hold Timeless Touch Rentals harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our rental products.
Ownership
All rental items remain the property of Timeless Touch Rentals. You are renting the items for a limited period and do not have the right to sell, alter, or transfer ownership of any items.
Force Majeure
Timeless Touch Rentals shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, acts of God, labor strikes, governmental restrictions, illness, hospitalizations, pandemics/outbreaks, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances of the customer.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, and any disputes arising under or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of Missouri.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or other appropriate means prior to the next rental agreement.
