Do you have a minimum rental order?
Yes. Our minimum rental order is $50 before taxes and fees.
How far in advance should I reserve my rentals?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Peak seasons (spring and fall) may require even earlier reservations.
Can I reserve items before my event date is finalized?
We recommend confirming your event date before placing a reservation. Contact us if you need to discuss flexible options.
How do I reserve my rental items?
Simply select items and pay through our website. We’ll confirm availability and send you a personalized quote and invoice.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. An incidental deposit is required prior to pick up. The deposit is based on the full balance of the rental order (min $75 deposit). A separate payment link will be sent to you for payment. The incidental deposit is returned after inspection of rental items once they are returned. Refunds are processed and refunded withing 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due in full at checkout before your scheduled pickup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Cash App, Afterpay, Klarna, and other secure online payment methods.
Why is there an incidental deposit?
A refundable incidental deposit is collected before pickup to cover any missing or damaged rental items. Once all items are returned and inspected, the deposit will be refunded according to our policy.
Do you offer delivery?
No. Delivery is not available at this time.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely. We’ll schedule a pickup appointment and provide pickup instructions before your rental date.
When should rental items be returned?
Items must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time listed on your rental agreement.
Do I need to wash the linens before returning them?
No. Simply shake off any food or debris and return them dry. We handle all professional laundering.
What if a linen gets stained?
Most normal food and beverage stains are covered through our professional cleaning process. However, permanent stains from bleach, paint, wax, ink, mildew, or other harsh substances may result in replacement charges.
What happens if an item is lost or damaged?
Missing or irreparably damaged items will be charged at the replacement cost outlined in your rental agreement.
Can I see the linens before booking?
Yes! We offer scheduled consultations where you can view available colors, fabrics, and specialty linens.
Do your linens fit all table sizes?
Our linens fit most standard banquet, round, cocktail, and specialty tables. If you’re unsure, we’ll gladly help determine the correct sizes.
Do you offer custom color recommendations?
Yes! We’d love to help you coordinate linens that perfectly match your event theme and color palette.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, changes can usually be made up until 14 days before your rental date, subject to inventory availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made after the final payment date may be subject to additional fees.

We provide rentals for weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, galas, graduation celebrations, anniversaries, and more.
Do you offer setup and breakdown services?
Setup and breakdown services are currently unavailable at this time.
